By accessing or using the Vigtherius Ordo website ("Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our Platform.
Vigtherius Ordo is a registered charitable organization in Austria, dedicated to supporting humanitarian causes including homeless support, refugee aid, and animal welfare. Information about available records and the distinction between donations and purchases is provided on our transparency page.
3.1 Donation Process: All donations are processed securely through Stripe, a PCI DSS Level 1 certified payment processor. We accept credit cards, debit cards, and other payment methods as displayed during checkout.
3.2 Tax Deductibility: Donations may be tax-deductible depending on your country of residence. We provide donation receipts for all contributions.
3.3 Refund Policy: Due to the nature of charitable donations, refunds are generally not provided. However, if you believe a donation was made in error, please contact us within 14 days at donations@vigtherius.org.
3.4 Allocation: Unless otherwise specified, donations are allocated based on current project needs. Designated donations will be used for the specified project.
4.1 Registration: You may create an account to track your donations and access member features. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
4.2 Accuracy: You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information as needed.
4.3 Account Security: You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
The Platform and its content, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, are owned by or licensed to Vigtherius Ordo and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.
Our Platform includes AI-powered content generation tools. By using these tools, you agree that:
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vigtherius Ordo shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of or inability to use the Platform.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Austria, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Vienna, Austria.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on the Platform. Your continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
